This document is an official proposal (public contract) in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
The public offer contract is public and, in accordance with Art. 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its conditions are the same for all consumers, unquestioning acceptance of the terms of which (payment by any method in accordance with part 2 of Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) is considered acceptance of this Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and certifies the fact of its conclusion.
The seller, acting on the basis of the charter, offers to any natural person who purchases, orders, uses or intends to purchase or order goods for personal needs, not related to business activities or the performance of the duties of an employee (hereinafter - " Buyer"), to conclude this contract, set out in a standard and unchanging form for all in the form of a public offer (offer to conclude a contract), by accepting the terms described below in general.
