Sales Specialist
50,000 – 90,000 UAH
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries (warm and hot leads)
- Manage clients in the CRM and lead deals to closure
- Develop tailored security solutions for each client
- Draft high-impact commercial proposals that actually sell
- Conduct presentations (online / offline)
- Participate in exhibitions and expand brand awareness
- Monitor payments and maintain active client engagement
- Provide feedback for product development
Your Income:
We offer an opportunity to actually earn, not just "show up for work":
- At the start: 40,000 UAH base + 20,000 UAH KPI
- After 1 month: 50,000 UAH base + % of sales + quarterly bonus

Who We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B, high-ticket items)
- Proven track record of deals starting from 100,000 UAH
- English B2 (working with international clients) will be an advantage
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and objection handling
- Ability to sell value, not just a product
- Experience in conducting professional presentations

Account Manager / Lead Generator
40,000 – 70,000 UAH
What you will do:
- Develop and refine scripts for cold calling
- Build and segment databases of potential clients
- Conduct cold calls to attract new customers
- Maintain CRM: log results, analyze performance, and provide recommendations
- Generate measurement requests and technical assignments for the production department
- Prepare invoices, contracts, and specifications
- Support the client until documents are signed (delivery notes, certificates of completion)
- Prepare regular reports
Who we are looking for:
- A proactive and responsible specialist with a customer-oriented approach
- Fluent in Ukrainian with clear diction
- Experience with CRM systems and basic PC skills
- Experience in drafting contracts and supporting documentation
- Readiness to learn and develop
- As a plus: experience in a contact center and skills in Canva or similar tools
