You can return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the day of its purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
First, you need to make sure that the product has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods, or reproduced on the display of the software recorder of settlement operations (displays of the device) have been preserved , on which the software recorder of settlement operations is installed) QR code, which enables the consumer to read and identify it with the settlement document by the structure of the data contained in it, or the electronic settlement document sent to the subscriber number or e-mail address provided by the consumer.
The list of goods that cannot be exchanged (returned) is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Return / exchange of goods is not possible in the following cases:
- more than 14 days have passed since its purchase;
- the product was used - compliance with the condition will be established by the service center;
- part of the package is missing (including packaging, labels and labels) - the service center will install the condition.
The return procedure is simple and standard:

- Expect to receive money within 30 days from the moment of returning the goods.
The return of goods without defects is carried out at the expense of the buyer. If the customer refused the product during the inspection at the courier service branch, he pays for transportation services both ways.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
If the product you purchased shows signs of a defect (a manufacturing defect) that cannot be professionally repaired, we will exchange it for a new product of proper quality or refund your money. Exchange or return of defective goods is carried out at the expense of the seller. If the buyer refused the goods during the inspection at the courier service department, the seller pays for the transport services in both directions.
