These shelters can be located on the territories of industrial complexes, critical infrastructure facilities, between residential high-rise buildings, near state institutions and other important civil facilities.
The shelter provides all the necessary conditions for safely waiting out the disaster. It is equipped with ventilation and air circulation systems, lighting and technical water. There are places to sit, personal belongings, food, drinking water and medicine. Each such shelter can protect 100 people.
