Enhanced Blast Resistance: A specialized polymer coating significantly increases the blast resistance of the structure. ARCA can be utilized across all categories of civil defense protective facilities (shelters, anti-radiation shelters, simplest shelters, primary mobile shelters, and others). ARCA fortification structures are multi-section, multi-purpose shelters for civil and military deployment. Designed by top-tier specialists, they have successfully passed comprehensive field and physical blast testing at the State Research Institute of Building Constructions in Kyiv. The structure withstands an air blast wave overpressure exceeding 300 kPa. They feature heavy reinforcement with rebar diameters up to 18 mm, reinforcing mesh layers positioned with an offset so that the intersections of one grid sit directly opposite the openings of the adjacent grid, an internally fortified concrete mix composition, and steel fiber reinforcement additives.

The armored concrete core establishes a heavy barrier against shrapnel, boosting the door's capacity to contain fragments, secondary hazards, and critical loads, while increasing the entrance group's resilience to blast waves to preserve the shelter's protective envelope;

BUNKER-OK products have successfully completed comprehensive polygon field testing in strict accordance with DSTU 9329:2025 (Appendix A) requirements. To validate the extreme safety standard of the shelters, an additional blast test was conducted by detonating a high-explosive fragmentation incendiary warhead (OFZBCh-50) from a "Shahed-136" strike UAV (total weight of nearly 50 kg) at a distance of 5 m from the structure. This far exceeds the state mandated test standard of 2 kg of explosives at a distance of 4 m. As a result of these trials, the shelter by BUNKEROK proved its ability to withstand a blast wave of 1300+ kPa instead of the required 100 kPa. It maintained full operational readiness and provided the necessary safety environment for occupants, demonstrating exceptional strength and resilience under loads that exceed the requirements of DSTU 9329:2025 by more than 10 times.
