The idea of developing and creating mobile shelters originated at the front among the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Most of the wounds in battle, in urban conditions, are bullet and shrapnel wounds from ammunition and debris from destroyed buildings.
By the method of testing and many consultations with specialists, the optimal shapes, composition of materials and filling of shelters were found and calculated, which will allow us to save the lives of our comrades and the civilian population.
The development of the project was joined by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Reinforced Concrete Structures and Transport Structures of the Odessa State Academy of Construction and Architecture - Yevgeny Klymenko and his team.
Furthermore, a working draft of mobile multi-purpose shelters was developed, a legal entity was registered and a patent was obtained for copyright protection.
Goal
Saving the lives of the population and protecting critical infrastructure facilities. Speed and ease of erection and dismantling of mobile shelters.
Long-term or temporary reliable shelter of the civilian population from bullets, shrapnel, parts of destroyed building structures and blast waves during shelling of public places. Partial or full autonomous shelter life support system.
Innovative invention
The manufacture of shelter elements is carried out in accordance with all requirements and standards: DSTU B (V.2.6-2:2009), DSTU-N B (A.3.1-34:2016), DSTU B (V.2.6-168:2011) and DSTU 9195:2022 "Quickly erected protective structures of civil defense of modular type" and DBN V.2.2-5:2023 "Protective structures of civil defense". The reliability of the shelters has been proven by field tests.

Preparatory site work, assembly, and both interior and exterior outfitting of a single surface module are included in the shelter's base cost. Pricing for partial or full burial is determined on a case-by-case basis.

In today's reality, the legally established testing standard of 2 kg of explosives (TNT) is increasingly becoming just a basic regulatory threshold. It rarely corresponds to the scale of modern threats, cannot be considered a comprehensive indicator of protection, and is not a convincing basis for evaluating a shelter's reliability.
The CPS quality standard by BUNKER-OK significantly exceeds current state requirements and sets a new safety benchmark for the market.
