The Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine is the only institution that has wide representation in the ground forces and territorial defense forces. It is trusted by over 80,000 servicemen and we are proud to be the official partner of the union!

Regional policy
The All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, Athletes and Workers of the Spheres has regional, district and primary trade union organizations. Which include both military units, battalions and brigades, as well as sports workers, defense industry workers and civil servants.

The Unified Center for Assistance to Military Personnel was created on the basis of the Ukrprofozdorovytsia, which is part of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine. The creation of the center allowed for rehabilitation at cost according to the standards of the National Health Service of Ukraine.
The philosophy of the staff of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine - The trade union exists at the expense of membership fees. Each member of the trade union pays a contribution sprinkled with blood so that the organization can provide his social protection. Therefore, the employees themselves, who work in the apparatus and are involved in the dynamics of the organization, receive salaries from other sources of funding.
The trade union movement of defenders of Ukraine is converted into human capital and an investment in the social model of Ukraine after wartime.

Several advantages of being a member of a trade union (employee)
An employee who is a member of a sectoral Trade Union has the right:
- to free legal assistance, including during the consideration of his issues in court;
- to legal assistance in the consideration of an individual labor dispute with the employer;
- to assistance from the Trade Union and its specialists in matters of remuneration, the amount of wages and their timely payment; for trade union control by Trade Union organizations over the observance of labor rights of Trade Union members;
- for his protection by the trade union in the event of an unfounded proposal for dismissal from work, other unfair actions;
- for the preparation of applications, complaints and other court documents necessary for the protection and restoration of violated rights of Trade Union members;
- for the prompt protection of his interests on other issues, including improving working conditions at a specific workplace;

The Trade Union provides:
- Payment 30% of the price of accommodation in the facilities of PJSC "Ukrproftur".
- Payment of 20% of the price of rehabilitation in the sanatorium and resort facilities of PJSC "Ukrprofozdravnitsya".
- For members of the trade union-military personnel, payment of 50% of the price of accommodation in the facilities of PJSC "Ukrprofuzdravnitsya".
- For members of the trade union-military personnel, payment of 50% of the price of rehabilitation in the sanatorium and resort facilities of PJSC "Ukrprofuzdravnitsya".
- Discount for training at the Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism.
- For rehabilitation after injury, military personnel have the opportunity to receive operational financial assistance in the amount of 6,500 UAH.
- For members of the trade union with the GUR and SSO, we provide 100% of the costs of accommodation in the facilities of PJSC "Ukrprofuzdravnitsya" and recovery in the sanatoriums of PJSC "Ukrprofzdravnytsia".
- In case of unemployment, using the mechanism of the social insurance fund, the trade union ensures retraining and employment of trade union members who are veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
- Visiting sports complexes at the expense of the trade union.
- The trade union initiates legislative changes regarding the protection of veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
