Representatives of BUNKER-OK attended the “Dialogues with NV: Business and the New Reality” forum. We spoke about current trends in the protective shelter market, key challenges faced by businesses of all sizes, and had a valuable time connecting with colleagues and sharing experiences.
Protection That Remains Relevant: BUNKER-OK on the Future of Shelters After Victory
Even after Ukraine’s victory, the need for reliable protective solutions will remain critically important. The country must continue building fortifications, defense lines, and life-saving infrastructure to ensure long-term safety.
This was emphasized by Andriy Finish, Director of BUNKER-OK, during the event “Dialogues with NV: Business and the New Reality.” Although the company was founded in 2023, it is already capable of meeting nearly all demands in the protective shelter sector.

Comprehensive Solutions for Diverse Scenarios
BUNKER-OK offers a wide range of shelter systems:
• Radiation protection shelters — both underground and above-ground, essential for government institutions, educational facilities, and critical infrastructure.
• Mobile shelters — rapid-deployment units for primary protection.
• Fortified structures — designed for high durability, developed in cooperation with the Armed Forces and tailored for strategic sites.
“Our mission is to protect lives. That’s why every BUNKER-OK product undergoes rigorous field and test-site trials. These aren’t just simulated attacks — they’re documented, analyzed, and tested according to strict methodologies,” Finish explained.
Real Combat Experience
BUNKER-OK shelters have already proven themselves in real combat conditions. They’ve withstood direct hits and shelling from enemy forces. Each incident is recorded, studied, and used to improve future designs.

Victory Is Just the Beginning
When asked about the future of the industry after peace is restored, Finish responded: “Victory won’t reduce the relevance of protection — it will increase it. Much of what was built after 2014 didn’t offer real defense. We must learn from that and move forward.”
Innovation at the Core
Beyond shelter installation, BUNKER-OK is actively developing advanced protective technologies:
• Blast-resistant valves and reinforced doors
• Compact control centers — shelters with bulletproof glass that allow staff to remain protected at their workstations
• Armored server modules — currently in final development stages
• R&D division — continuously working on new safety solutions
“We don’t just respond to threats — we anticipate them. That’s why BUNKEROK is not only about today’s protection, but about shaping the future of safety,” Finish concluded.

Andriy Finish, Director of BUNKEROK LLC:
BUNKER-OK was founded in 2023. We are proud to be recognized as a veteran-owned business. One of our co-founders is a combat veteran, another is currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and I myself have served in combat twice — in 2014 and again in 2022.
Our company is capable of meeting nearly all needs and demands in the field of protective shelters. First, we provide radiation protection shelters, which are now mandatory for all government institutions. These include both underground and above-ground structures. Second, we offer mobile primary shelters. Third, we build fortified structures with enhanced durability, developed in close cooperation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is critically important that all BUNKER-OK products undergo field and test-site trials. Our structures are not only exposed to shelling — they are tested according to specific methodologies. Unfortunately, we have real combat experience: shelters installed by our clients have already been targeted by Russian terrorists. We document these incidents, analyze them, and implement improvements.
More than 70% of our products are intended for private individuals and commercial enterprises, including large corporations. Our clients are socially responsible businesses — companies that genuinely care about protecting their teams and partners.
It’s essential to understand that even after victory, protective solutions will remain vital. I believe that the relevance of this industry will not decline after the war — it will grow. Much of what was built in Ukraine after 2014 did not provide real protection.
BUNKER-OK is not only focused on shelter installation — we also develop protective technologies. We have a wide range of innovations in this field, including blast-resistant valves and reinforced blast doors. We’ve also created what we call a compact control center — a shelter with bulletproof glass that allows personnel to remain protected at their workstations without interruption. Additionally, we are in the final stages of developing armored server modules to enhance information security.
