Heavy blast-resistant doors from «BUNKER-OK» are a specialized solution for protective structures, bunkers, and secure shelters where maximum physical protection is required. The design combines a thick steel sheet with massive reinforced concrete filling, providing exceptional resistance to impact and explosive loads.
Door leaf construction
- The leaf is made of solid metal with a thickness of 6 mm, which absorbs the initial impact and protects against fragments and debris.
- The internal space of the door is completely filled with heavy concrete of class C35/45, used in critical structures with increased strength requirements.
- The total thickness of the concrete layer is 150 mm, forming a massive monolithic core of the door leaf.
Reinforcement and strength
- Inside the concrete filling are two reinforcement meshes made of A500 rebar with a diameter of 12 mm, arranged longitudinally and transversely.
- The reinforcement spacing is 150×150 mm, ensuring uniform load distribution and high crack resistance of the structure.
- The combination of high-strength concrete and dense reinforcement creates a rigid and impact-resistant leaf suitable for use in protective facilities.

In today's reality, the legally established testing standard of 2 kg of explosives (TNT) is increasingly becoming just a basic regulatory threshold. It rarely corresponds to the scale of modern threats, cannot be considered a comprehensive indicator of protection, and is not a convincing basis for evaluating a shelter's reliability.
