The reinforced concrete protective screen is a powerful engineering structure designed to create a protective wall or barrier at industrial, civil, or special facilities. The structure is ideally suited for forming protection of territories, storage areas, critical infrastructure, shelter construction, as well as for countering hazards such as debris or blast waves.
Modularity: The structure is assembled from monolithic reinforced blocks with a width and height of 0.6 meters, while the length of each block can be 2.4 m, 1.8 m, 1.2 m, 0.9 m, or 0.6 m, which allows optimal design of any protective section according to the specific request of the customer.
Connection: The blocks are joined together using embedded steel parts with a thickness of 10 mm, ensuring a high level of rigidity and stability of the structure.
Buttresses: For additional reinforcement and increased load-bearing capacity, local buttresses are used, providing uniform load distribution. The buttress system allows the creation of particularly stable structures even on weak soils.
Length, height, and width of blocks:
- Length: 2400 mm (1800 mm, 1200 mm, 600 mm)
- Height: 600 mm
- Width: 600 mm
All blocks undergo strict quality control and are manufactured in accordance with current national building standards (DBN, DSTU). Reinforcement is carried out with steel rebar of the appropriate grade. In today's reality, the legally established testing standard of 2 kg of explosives (TNT) is increasingly becoming just a basic regulatory threshold. It rarely corresponds to the scale of modern threats, cannot be considered a comprehensive indicator of protection, and is not a convincing basis for evaluating a shelter's reliability.
The CPS quality standard by BUNKER-OK significantly exceeds current state requirements and sets a new safety benchmark for the market.
